TAVŞANTEPE 2 PROJECT
The 2nd stage of this project, located in the district of Pendik Tavşantepe, has a construction area of 2560 m2. This project, having park and picnic areas, draws attention through the proximity to transportation opportunities and the sight of Pendik Marina and islands. In this project, by our expert staff, located onto a total construction area of 2560m2 designed as urban transformation project; there exist a covered swimming pool, a fitness center, a spa center, a cinema complex, a guest house, a nursery school, a prayer room and an open and covered park area.
